Shit week

last week. work was the shits
it affected my sleep
it affected my appetite
it affected my sanity
it affected my health

Weekend of better
The weekend was way better. Shannon and Baby came down to rescue me from myself.
I was able to forget the horrid week I had and relax a bit
I even ate again.

I am not as anxious, I don't feel panic like
I still hate her.

Had a fantastic evening yesterday
meeting someone new.
Ice skating.
Picking up my ceramic plate.

Things are looking up.

if I could just not think about work, or have to go to work

life would be grand.
