Physio Update

So most of you know that I have been going to Physiotherapy for the rear-ending I got about a month ago

At first,

My lower back and neck hurt. There was alot of tension and stiffness, and just general discomfort

He worked on both

Eventually my lower back didn't hurt anymore and so we decded to only focus on my neck.

so all is going well. appointments are every second day normally, he tells me i am improving soon I will be fixed and everything will be back to normal

BUT

If i dont go for 6 days, cancel an appointment for whatever reason.... i find things happen

Like

Shooting brain eating head pain. up the back of my skull, enough to make my knees buckle a bit and say OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

or

sore neck

or

most recently. I had a sore left arm. left side of my neck hurt, back of left arm hurt, and the rolly shoulder muscle hurt so It was work to lift my arm, or use it.
The next day I notcied a knot in the middle of my back, next to my spine, left of centre.

Physio

Hi how are you
Great, here is what hurts

blah blah blah
Oh sounds like a pinched nerve maybe, lets have a look

so he bends my neck to the side and in his knowledge of shit, finds something he is looking for and pushes on it.

how does this feel?

well it feels like my whole arm is tingling, and it feels like the outside of my left leg is tingling.

Your finger is tingling?
NO MY LEG
Oh thats no good at all!!

so he went on to tell me that I am having some pretty serious nerve issues and I am getting the full meal deal today and then he cracks my neck a bunch of times [ not on purpose, but thrugh course of action] and then i tell him about the back knot again and he pretzels me some more and tells me how angry my muscles are and seems a bit shocked that I wasn't complaining about it more.

It wasn't painful before, but when he was pushing on it.

OUCH

so today i feel better but i dont think its gone.

so now I am dealing with some werid nerve issues, just when I thought i was getting better and wouldn't have to go to physio anymore.

whats the deal

some people vote Lawyer

I don't know if I could/would

I'll wait out the next 10 physio appointments and see how I am after that. When I have to start paying myself. i am sure my tune will change.

and if anyone has experience with car accidents and insurance claims [ no fault] let me know. I could use some pointers
