Long time coming

So here is what has happened to me in the past week that I have not been posting.

Tues Feb 14- Still super annoyed about previous days turning ticket. Little miffed about a conversation I had on Sunday. [Some people have been informed of this] Its Valentines day and I have nothing to do. I went over to my Aunts and had some dindin [ left overs] and watched most of a movie.

Wednesday Feb 15 -Nothing! But I had some KFC fries and gravy for lunch and mmm mmm were they ever good.

Thursday Feb 16 - Work, as usual. Home at 4 pm. Get in the car. Its like -33 * It doesn't start the first time, but to be expected. So I start it again and it purrs. By purring I mean it has been running on 2 cylinders and is not fixable for a reasonable price. I am in car limbo but not willing to take the bus so am driving the 2 cylinder beast. I get to the red light and cars line up all around me. I am in the middle lane. I notice the brakes aren't working and deducted that the car had stalled. I pulled the e brake to stop in time for the light. I try to start the car again and it conceals me in a cloud of smoke. I can no longer see the many cars around me at the red rush hour light. I try again. More smoke, still no cars. They are there. Don't be fooled, I am just in a mushroom cloud. I realize the inside of the car is just as full of smoke and no that's not a fart I smell its smoke. Thick heavy oil filled smoke that is making my lungs feel sick. I exit car into rush hour traffic. Luckily no one hit me although there was a few minor fender benders that I heard as traffic is trying to get around me. A couple of guys had pulled off the road and helped me push the car off the highway as traffic is whizzing by. It was scary.
I got dropped off at the C-Train station by these guys and went to cowboys [for the Teachers Convention Social ]and promptly got drunk.

Friday Feb 17 - Drove to Edmonton with Travis. We stayed at my ma and pa's house. Ate entirely too much from Wendy's

Sat Feb 18 - Travis went to swim meet. I went to the Hospital to have lunch with me ma. Then to the mall with Shannon. Drove back to Calgary in Sable with Jamie.
Wished Tyler happy b day and went to Cowboys with Jamie in Calgary. CRAZY

Sunday Feb 19 - Shopping. Chinook Centre. Spent Ralph's Money. Lots of dress clothes. For work.

Monday Feb 20 - Chilled out at carols house. Watched Proof [ good movie I would recommend it] Wings with Travis and Jamie

Tuesday Feb 21 -Got offered a permanent position at CLS here. Got a great raise and benefits and the works. This is a sweet job. Looking at getting a new car this week.
