i don't get it. what's so special?
if you buy these stamps.
they are 51 cents each [ right now]
BUT
next year, if the stamp prices go up, or even in 3 years... these stamps will be worth whatever the new rate is... and you will not have to go buy 1 cent stamps..
they are always worth the current rate....
do you not see the genius?
